January 2016: Data from PCSC Program presented at the inaugural ASCO Survivorship Symposium, San Francisco, USA

A unique collaboration among the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Physicians, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology took place to create the ASCO Survivorship Symposium which provided information about survivorship issues that both primary care physicians and oncologists are faced with throughout the cancer care continuum. Our program submitted two posters to the meeting, one poster displayed updated metrics about the PCSC program (click here, PDF opens in new window), and the second poster displayed information about the patterns of use of the PCSC Program’s services by its participants (click here, PDF opens in new window).
